We advise clients on the purchase, sale and management of French residential and other property assets. For international buyers in France, where there is a shortage of properties at the high end, complex preliminary purchase agreements must often be negotiated and arranged within a short timescale.

We handle all aspects of transactions relating to France realty and leasehold interests, both commercial and domestic.

Recent work includes:

 Acting for an offshore company in acquiring a 8 M. € hotel in Provence;

 Advising a private client on the purchase of a luxury villa at the high-profile Gassin Golf & Country Club near St Tropez;

 Representing for Middle-East client in relation to villa purchase in Cannes;
