Has the management company stopped paying your rent and/or gone into Receivership?

We can help you claim what is owed to you under the lease. The procedure involves having a special payment request called 'Commandement de Payer' served through a bailiff upon the leaseback company. This is something we will co-ordinate for you.

If matters have turned from bad to worse and, as a result of its insolvency, the leaseback company has been placed into 'Sauvegarde' or is in Receivership, we can file your claim with the Court-appointed Receiver. This is called 'Declaration de Creance' and is a necessary steps in order for the Court to admit your claim & consider you as a creditor.  More details  Sample Claim Form

Where applicable we will attempt to cancel the lease agreement on your behalf. We will ensure that you understand all the implications of making your leaseback a standard property.

Being totally independent, we can help you join forces with other French leaseback owners and obtain the eviction of the defaulting management company.
