French Company incorporation

We will assist you with a full range of legal services including company registration in France, Bank Account, VAT Registration, trademark registration.

Our service includes the following:

  Drawing up the Articles of Association and other necessary legal documents.

  Publishing the company formation notice in a legal newspaper, and payment of the related fees.

  Filing the final documents to the local Company House Registrar (Division of Corporations).

  Paying registration charges at the local Business Registry .

We carry out the above for an all-inclusive fixed fee. There are no hidden additional costs in order to form the company. You will get your company's Registration Certificate (KBIS) and Tax Code (SIRET) within a few days from receipt by us of the signed paperwork.

Optional services:

  Your company will need a registered address in France.  If you do not already have an address in France to use as a registered office, we can arrange a domiciliation service.

 Open a company account with a French bank. We can assist with the process.
